Volunteering with CASS
Volunteering can be both rewarding and satisfying. Here are a few comments from CASS volunteers
'I enjoy my ring round [telephone befriending] and feel that I have made some interesting friends.'
'Volunteering makes me realise how many people are worse off than me'
'I always know that there is someone there if I need help'
'I wanted to give back something in return for all the help I received'.
