St Helens Carers Centre supports informal Carers aged 16+ who are resident in St Helens Borough or care for a resident of the Borough.  We can help you by providing the following services: Drop-in of telephone support, Emotional support, Training, Income Maximisation, Carers Emergency Card, Information on a range of topics, Carers Breaks, Holistic Therapies and support to access services, Informationabout local support groups and sources of help, a quarterly newsletter.

The office is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 10.00am until 3.00pm; telephone support is available from 9.30am to 4.00pm.
