The Post Diagnosis Support Service worker supports those service users who have a progressive neurological condition, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, motor neurone disease, Huntingtons disease and other even more rare conditions. The service offers emotional support, information, advice/signposting and more formal counselling if appropriate.
