Provides breaks for carers in Reading Borough Council - by sending fully trained carer support workers into people's homes so that the carer can go out.  We also take people with care needs out into the community for shopping, to visit garden centres, leisure centres etc.

We also run social day clubs for younger people (under 65) with dementia - Wednesdays 10.00am - 3.30pm.

 

Social day care clubs for younger people with physical disabilities and high level care needs - Thursdays 4.00pm - 9.00pm.

 

A social club for people with physical disabilities who are self managing - alternate Mondays 11.00am - 2.30pm.

 

Young carers project - alternate Mondays 5.30pm - 7.30pm (6yrs - 11yrs) and 7.30pm - 9.30pm (12yrs+).
