After Caring
Caring may have taken up a large part of your life consuming a lot of time and energy.
Whatever your situation it is important to realise that you are not alone. It will be difficult, but you can find help and support.
CASS is happy to support carers for a period of up to a year after a bereavement or you may find other agencies can meet your needs.
